“In the hectic, uncertain, and often fast paced day to day, investing in mental health and overall wellness is critical. Partnering with Mezzo Solutions allows our helpers to focus on self-care. Having the opportunity to dissect different components of self-care has cultivated a holistic approach for those serving our youth. Being aware of our own needs help prevent burnout creating opportunities for relationships to form and therefore creating optimal programming outcomes.”

Mezzo Solutions supported The Fayette County Connection Café's Overdose Awareness Day event on August 31, 2022. This year the community had the opportunity to view a premier screening of Tipping the Pain Scale.

The addiction crisis in America has reached a new boiling point, and courageous people at all levels, from all walks of life are rising to answer the call. Tipping The Pain Scale is a feature documentary film following individuals grappling with the current systemic failures of how we have dealt with addiction in communities and their journey to develop and employ new, innovative, and often controversial solutions to the problem.

Mezzo Solutions had the honor to support the

This event raises funs for suicide prevention and education.

  • The age-adjusted suicide rate in 2020 was 13.48 per 100,000 individuals.
