Social Self-Care for Helpers (1 CEU)

You don’t have to do this work alone - even if it feels like it sometimes. In this virtual session, we’ll explore the role of connection, community, and belonging in supporting mental wellness for helpers.

You’ll learn how to identify the relationships that fuel you (and the ones that drain you), how to build and maintain supportive networks, and how to ask for what you need—without guilt. We’ll also touch on healthy communication strategies and the importance of boundaries in maintaining trust.

Because caring for others shouldn’t come at the cost of losing connection with yourself or your people.

Mezzo Solutions is licensed to provide CEUs through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board, with workshops designed to meet the continuing education requirements for practicing social workers, counselors, and other helping professionals.
