You have worked hard in life, but at times it does not feel like it counts. You question yourself often, carry the weight of everyone else’s needs, and feel guilty for focusing on your own needs. Caring for others comes naturally, but trusting yourself and letting others support you feels uncertain. Life is complicated by flares of stress, strained and distant relationships, persistent self-criticism, and emptiness that feels impossible to shake.

I work with adults who grew up without the emotional safety they needed and deserved. Many were ignored, dismissed, belittled, and asked to take on adult responsibility too young. Today, they struggle with chronic worry, irritability, and disconnection. My patients include graduate students, professionals in high-demand fields, leaders and coordinators, and individuals who are retired but still carrying old burdens. Many are navigating diagnoses such as complex trauma, depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and medical issues such as life-limiting pain and gastrointestinal conditions.

My approach is explorative, validating, and grounded. During our time together, we will focus on rebuilding trust in self and others, strengthening confidence, and developing the ability to connect without losing sight of your own self-care. You can expect practical strategies, reflective collaboration, within a space that allows you to let go of patterns formed in survival mode.

If you are ready to move toward a life that feels more aligned, more peaceful, and more your own, I’m here to help you get there with clarity and compassion.

  • You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non- emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Parents and couples face challenging obstacles that affect their unique bonds.

The overwhelm of managing school, jobs, relationships, and personal needs can lead to difficult emotions - worry, sadness, isolation, and confusion. Dysfunction can develop if we are unsure how to handle these difficult emotions.

One-on-one support enhances the journey of creating healthy relationship dynamics. My goal is to share practical skills that expand communication and understanding, to improve family and intimate relationships.

I employ an eclectic approach, focused on person-centered, therapeutic strategies - dialectical, mindfulness based, cognitive behavioral, and play - within a plan tailor-made for your family and relationships unique needs. Connect with me today to learn how, together, we can lay the foundation for a healthier tomorrow.
