Physical Self-Care for Helpers (1 CEU)

Your body sends signals long before your burnout shows up on paper. In this virtual session we’ll talk about what physical self-care really looks like for people who work in helping professions—and no, it’s not just about hitting the gym or drinking more water.

We’ll explore how chronic stress shows up in the body, why helpers often push past physical limits, and how small shifts in sleep, nourishment, rest, and movement can make a big difference. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about permission to listen to your body and respond with care.

Come as you are. Pajamas welcome.
