Spiritual Self-Care for Helpers (1 CEU)

Spiritual self-care is less about religion - and more about meaning, purpose, and the practices that help you stay grounded when life gets hard. In this reflective virtual session, we’ll explore what spiritual self-care can look like across different belief systems and how it supports helpers in finding peace, alignment, and direction.

Whether your practice is prayer, nature walks, meditation, music, or something all your own, this session will give you space to reconnect with what keeps you centered and why that matters for your work.

Come ready to reflect, reconnect, and breathe a little deeper.

Mezzo Solutions is licensed to provide CEUs through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board, with workshops designed to meet the continuing education requirements for practicing social workers, counselors, and other helping professionals.
