Research-Based Content

A group of people gathering and conversing in a bright conference room with white walls and large window. There are tables with orange folders, notebooks, water bottles, and writing supplies on them. Some participants are standing and talking, while a person in the foreground wears a black shirt with the word 'sober' on it and appears to be smiling.

Many individuals carry the weight of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). While these experiences shape our past, they do not have to determine our future or our destiny. True transformation lies in understanding not just the adversity, but also the power of Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs).

This is not a typical ACEs presentation. Our focused 2-hour workshop goes beyond identifying trauma to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to intentionally build resilience for themselves, their families, and their communities.
